Return / Withdrawal Policy

This policy defines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased through the online store athenaunique.gr, in accordance with Greek and European consumer protection legislation.
1. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, without the need to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the business through the contact form or chat.
2. Product Return Deadline
After declaring the withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days from the date the withdrawal was communicated.
3. Return Conditions
In order for a product return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- the product must be in its original condition
- it must not have been used
- it must be accompanied by its original packaging
- all product accessories must be included
- it must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice
The business reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
- the product is defective
- an incorrect product was sent
In these cases, the return shipping costs are covered by the business.
5. Return Procedure
To return a product, the customer must:
1. contact the business through the contact form or chat
2. provide the order number
3. send the product to the address that will be provided
The business will inform the customer about the next steps of the return process.
6. Refunds
In the case of an accepted withdrawal, the business refunds the amount paid by the customer, including the standard shipping costs of the original order.
The refund is processed within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notification is received.
The refund may be delayed until the returned products are received or proof of return shipment is provided.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
7. Defective Products
If a customer receives a product that is defective or has been damaged during transport, they must inform the business within a reasonable period through the contact form or chat.
The business will proceed with one of the following solutions:
- product replacement or
- refund
depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
8. Products Excluded from Returns
According to the legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products, such as:
- products made according to the customer's specifications
- personalized products
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if opened after delivery
(to be adjusted according to the store’s products)
9. Order Cancellation
The customer may request cancellation of an order before the product is shipped by contacting the business through the contact form or chat.
If the order has not yet been shipped, the cancellation will be processed without additional charges.
